What we collect and why

We only collect what we need to answer your enquiry and to understand how the site and our ad campaigns perform.

• What you send us in a form: your name, email, and, depending on the form, phone, city, and details of the event or business you're enquiring about. Used solely to reply and organise your event or application. If you give us your phone, we use it to call you about your request.
• Usage and campaign data: pages viewed and forms submitted, so we can measure what works. Collected only with your Analytics consent.
• Technical data: IP address and browser/device info, processed when you submit a form (for security and, with consent, ad measurement).
• Advertising identifiers: a click id (e.g. from Meta) used to match ad campaigns to results. Used only with your Marketing consent.

Unfinished requests: if you fill in the first step of one of our forms (your name, email and, depending on the form, your city, event type or venue name) but don't finish, we keep those details to follow up on your request and may send you one reminder email. We do this to take steps at your request and on our legitimate interest in responding to you, and keep those details only as long as needed to handle your request, then delete or anonymise them. On the corporate form, the first step (name, phone, email and event type) is already a complete request: we call you about it and send no reminder.

Legal basis

We handle enquiry and application data to take steps at your request and on our legitimate interest in responding to you. Analytics and marketing data are processed only on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of first-party cookies and browser storage, plus analytics and advertising technologies that load only after you consent. Necessary storage is always active; everything else is off until you allow it. You can review or change your choice whenever you like:

Who we share data with

We never sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that run this site and our measurement, each acting under a data-processing agreement:

• Netlify: hosting and form delivery.
• Telegram: your enquiry, including your phone number if you give it, is sent as a message to the members of our team who call you back. Telegram is a recipient outside the European Economic Area.
• Amplitude: product analytics for how the site and campaigns perform.
• Meta & Google: ad measurement and targeting, only with your Marketing consent.
• Brevo: following up on your enquiry.
• Supabase: our customer records system (CRM), hosted in the EU, where our team manages your request.
• WhatsApp (Meta): if you message us on WhatsApp, your messages and phone number go through WhatsApp.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and application data are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and our relationship with you, then deleted or anonymised. Cookie lifetimes are listed in the table above.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or port your data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent at any time, using the button above for cookies, or by emailing us. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Spanish residents may complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
