Date, city, headcount and any extras. You get a fixed price, and we hold your date for up to 7 days, no commitment.

You turn up and play

We set up, host and pack away. All you have to do is turn up ready to win.

One fixed price for the whole group.

It goes by group size, not per person: up to 25 people it's €181.50 with VAT at one of our venues, or €242 at your place. If you are 25, that is €7.26 or €9.68 each.

How booking works

  • We hold your date for up to 7 days, no commitment.
  • You confirm it by accepting the quote, and pay before the event.
  • Friday 11 and Saturday 12 December: a 30% deposit to confirm.
Our venues

Play at one of our venues and pay €50 less.

They're the bars where we run weekly quiz nights, plus OlHops in Valencia. They're already set up for the quiz, so there's no kit to move and we take €50 off any group of up to 75. We'll tell you which one fits your group and date; food and drink you sort directly with the bar.

How far ahead should we book?
For December, as early as you can: Fridays and Saturday 12th fill first. After the call we hold your date for up to 7 days, no commitment (72 hours on those dates). The rest of the year, two weeks is usually enough. Ask even if the date is close.
How much is it per person?
It's a price per group, not per person: €150 + VAT for up to 25 people at one of our venues (€181.50 with VAT, so €7.26 each for 25), or €200 + VAT at your restaurant or office (€242, so €9.68 each). Fewer of you means a higher price per head: 10 people at one of our venues is €18.15 each (€24.20 at your place). From 26 to 75 people it's €200 to €300 + VAT; more than 75, we quote it. The host, the quiz, live scoring, sound and screen are included. Rounds about your team, prizes, trophies, live rounds and a photographer are extras we quote on the call.
We've booked a restaurant (or it's at the office). Do you come there?
Yes, that's the usual setup. We play before or after the meal and sort it out with the place. We bring our own sound and screen; if there's already a screen or projector and sound, we use theirs, which keeps it simple. All we need is a power socket and a little time to set up.
Do you organise the dinner too?
No, our part is the quiz. The dinner, the catering and the travel are yours to organise. No venue yet? We'll recommend one, ideally one of our venues: it's €50 cheaper because they're already set up for the quiz.
How many people can play?
From 10 to 300+, in teams at each table. Nobody needs to know everything: there are picture, music and map rounds, and the host keeps it moving so nobody's left out.
Which cities do you cover?
Valencia, Madrid, Barcelona, Murcia and Santiago de Compostela. Somewhere else? Pick "Elsewhere" in the form and we'll look into it. Outside Valencia we work with local hosts and venues, and some services (such as live rounds, the photographer or our own sound kit) depend on availability. We'll confirm it on the call.
What if the date or the headcount changes?
You can change the headcount until 3 working days before, and the price follows the tier. One date change is free if you tell us at least 7 days ahead, subject to availability. Cancelling is free up to 7 days before; after that, the 11-12 December deposit isn't refunded, but you can use it for another date within 3 months.
Can we see it before we book?
Yes. Come to one of our public quiz nights with a couple of colleagues and see it live. The dates are on quizeatdrink.com.
